Hi All

Won my case in the High Court Sept 2016 and received my deposit plus interest to date of claim in May this year. However I am still due several thousand Euros being interest from the date of claim to judgement date but the banks are not happy about having to pay this additional sum!  Not sure I understand how the date of claim is revalant as interest should surely be due to me up until the time they refund the money. Has anyone else had this problem and has it been resolved?

GM Legal Experts won my appeal in the Supreme Court in September 2016. It has been a long battle but thankfully the court decided in my favour that I should receive a refund of all monies paid plus interest. Fees were excluded for some reason. I had hoped to receive payment before Christmas but apparently the court dealing with the enforcement is a acting very slowly. Let's hope it won't be too long now before I receive repayment.

You've made the first sensible comment for years, but what legal action are you suggesting?  As I see it SJ are still trading but are in breach of contract having failed to complete. I would be willing to join a joint action to get all, or even some, of my money back if legally possible.
