We purchased on Duqessa Fairways in 2004.no bank guarantee,and the developer has gone under bankruptcy protection.he offered us our money back in 4 cheques,then he was under the care of the courts,and ,we are now fighting all the way.

Are there any creditors out there who are waiting for monies returning from Jale and this company .have you received a proposal.if you wish to discuss it please send me a private message.i think by all sticking together we could end up with a better outcome.carol

Has anyone heard anything more about "jale" the developer of Duquesa Fairways.The solicitor does not give us any updates, and when you are over in England,you dont know weather to sit tight or just let this situation take its course.We are currently on the creditors list in Cadiz.Just thought there may be someone in a similar situation.....
