For a bulk of the parts it's 89-2001. Some things like the intake manifold changed in 99 either will work but the 99+ is a better design. Also the front axles changed in 2000-2001 to standard rotation dana 30's. Some body parts are slightly different too. 96 and newer are a little more rounded.
