We went down that road with him about 12 months ago - the units are all over priced - he has offered us several so called deals - all turned out to be another con.  It just cost us more money going to see them etc  - So is he going to just get away with all of this????

Has anyone heard anything about Palmera or Gertardo - we have not heard a word from our solicitors for months - I guess they got away with stealing all our money and got away with it?

We were recently offered a property by Gotardo which was owned by one of his former partners... it had been sold last Xmas and valued at 210,000 euros so he said we could take off our deposit leaving us to find 140,000 euros - when we got to spain to have a look (we were over there anyway) we found out that it was on the open market for 140,000 euros!!!

The sooner he is locked up the better.
