To be honest we have'nt set our hearts on a new build and any advice re best value and  course of action would be greatly appreciated , we would prefer Murcia though .

3 bedroom villa with £100,000 to put down in roughly March time , I have a monthly income of £1,200 via a pension so would probably require a mortgage to secure a decent place .

We are still both young so would be looking for part-time employment as well , schooling for my 12 year old son is a issue as well , thanks in advance Neil & Michelle .

Hi ,

We were thinking about re-locating from Scotland , I am 40 my wife 38 and we have a 12 year old son , we have been in touch with polaris world and are thinking of going out on a inspection tour .

Would this be our best option ie a new build or is it better to buy a property already built ?
