Are you not getting confused with the new "overseas transfer charge" which is 25% introduced this year if someone transfers their private UK pension overseas? You do not say where she wants to transfer it to? However, this 25% tax is only applicable for Non EEA transfers so if you live within the EEA and the pension is being transferred within the EEA this 25% tax does not apply.She can take a 25% tax free lump from the pension as a UK resident but taking it as a Spanish resident means it will be liable for Spanish tax as Spain does not recognise tax free lump sums.

Hi, Yes my experience with the Android TV box is very good. Dont purchase any of the ones advertised in Spain as they tend to be more expensive and some of these local TV companies charge monthly fees!

Amazon sell the "Media Revolution" Android box which is excellent for around 55 pounds, loads of content all pre loaded(Filmon,Mobdro,XBMC etc) so fairly easy to use. For example, all UK TV channels available and many more, hundreds of latest movies, sports etc etc. Obviously internet speed is key but with a steady 2.5-4mb i find little buffering. Picture quality is generally good.

People throw Denuncias around like discarded tissues...and they are tossed around because it is a bad leftover habit of the Franco regime where people would constantly inform on others. Most countries that have had far right or far left regimes tend to have this annoying custom.

Where?, 15sqm doesn't sound like much space, you would need permission from the town hall, licensing and red tape, not much left of the beach season too until next year.I suspect you would not be given permission
