Thanks for the reply, wow 2005!! bet you thought it would never get to this stage but light at the end of the tunnel now! we have some friends going to look at the ones next to the golf course (golden sea and golf resort) they look great but expenive and seem to only have apartments! and they will not be ready for two-three years. we love the area but at present it will be a holiday home hoping to live there eventually what about you?

hiya

we bought our property in san juan last july, we returned 1st may to do NIE numbers etc when we saw the development then it only had the roads in we couldnt belive the fotos took 2weeks later and the ammount of building work that has appared we do hope it continues as we are so looking forward to many a fantastic chilling time

thanks for leting us know you are all out there and it is reassuring to know that other english people have bought here too!!!!
