Hubby and I bought a holiday apt last year and try to get out at least 3 to 4 times a year where possible.  Would really like to meet people who live or holiday in the area to keep in touch with what is happening.  I'll be over on 8th Sept for a week and would love to meet up.

Does anyone out there know anything about this development which was completed I think end 2003 - primarily want to ensure that licences etc are in place and that there are no questions marks before considering the purchase of a resale.

Any info offered would be greatly appreciated.
