Yes it's down near the port area, I've seen it on google maps/earth looks like small plots of land with new properties being built on them.

Just a thought ive just ordered 500lts of oil £170 i ordered the same 7 months ago it runs a 3bed house hot water for people & central heating, seems cheap as chips. Do properties in Spain not have this form of heating ?
