Hello
I went to the town hall today to change my address, because i moved from Estepona to Marbella. But I was told to make copies of some documents, before they can change the address. I was given a paper with information about which papers that they need. I have made copies of the NIE green resident card, passport, rental agreement and electricity bill. But it says, that I need something I do not know what means exactly. It says: original y copia a nombre del propietario. If it means, that they need the original identity card of the owner of the apartment, that i rent, I don't understand that this is necessary, and I don't think, that the owner wants to send me her identity card, The owner lives in Madrid and I in Marbella. I do not recall needing to show this kind of identification, the last time i changed the address. Can someone enlighten me please. Personally I would not hand over my original identification to anyone without being there in person, so it seems very strange to me, that this is required. help please..
