can anyone help me ,I received a picture of a evil man kill pet cats in valencia.His name is Julio Thomas Santa Maria or he goes by Jaime ferrero.He does this for fun and it makes me sick.I would lick to see this guy stoped.If you know of someone who has lost a cat tell them to look at his page and they may find them.PLEASE help me stop him from killing more cats...
