the idea was to furnish our place in sept and get ready for hols in oct with granchildren
were not going to live in spain until we retire in a few years time.
maybe if no hab licience we should rent in oct on the site
by this time things might be resolved you never know

still an issue about the pool anyway which needs resolving apparrently the local council own the land were its to be built so unsure.waiting for answer on that.
does anything ever run smoothly in spain been waiting for property over 12 months
booked on ferry 14 sept guess we were foolish

hi everyone
driving down on sept 14 does anyone know a hotel close to san cay where we can stay for one night close to site.
our property is on manzana 5 bringing furniture in truck from santander. looking forward to meeting people on the site. still no habitation cert but solicitor says ok
last time on site was dec o7 hope everything ok would apprieciate any info

has anyone info on hacienda san cayetano sports complex we are due to complete 1st sept still no habitation certificate been advised can still sign contracts and move in 
is there anyone who has done this please let us know as panic is about to set in thanks
