Hi every one,
For my sins I bank with Santander and used to use a Pay as you go mobile for the secondary ID. Unfortunately the contract has lapsed and now the bank sends any second line security ID to the dead phone number.
I cannot re instate the defunct number nor can I get to Spain to validate a new number.
All I get is a computerised message and Santander do not reply to correspondence..
SO NOW I CANNOT EVEN ACCESS THE ACCOUNT.. Is there anyway I can get round this by getting Santander to send second ID to my English mobile.. EG Via Zoom etc . Any help would be appreciated.
