Any recommendations for good value & good quality furniture to fully furnish a 2x bed apartment in La Quinta region of Marbella.

Property on Long Term let may be vacant Jan/Feb next year, and thinking of switching to Short term/Holiday letting.

The property is in La Quinta (Buenavista de La Quinta). Please send me details by Private Messenger if it's easier than in open forum.

I am based in the UK, and our long term tenant stated the property was cold in the winter, as the air con (heat mode) was not sufficient.

Can you recommend a reasonably efficient type that is suitable for these apartments.

Has a quote from the origional developer, but this is far too expensive.

Does anyone know of a reputable company that supplies/fits fores to appartments.....? Marbella area.

I have a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the La Quinta area near Pt Banus.

The property was built about 3 years ago, and has a chimney fitted as built, but no fireplace.

Can anyone recommend a good supplier and 'fitter' to install....?
