I think a closed facebook page is a good idea, I received a letter today via the president from Vincent, If we had a fb page such letters could be posted there and it would save Linda extra work.

I'd like to thank Vincent for his letter, (forwarded via Lynda-Balsicas President) regarding proxy voting for the AGM. A very valid point and I agree its very important for us all to get our votes in.

I have responded to Lynda with a few questions:

 

Proposal 2, to change the lock on the pool gate option 1…   500€ for the lock plus installation and 8€ for each key.

Do we know the cost for installation? If not this isn’t really a true quotation.

 

Proposal 3. To only provide entrance to the pool for those owners etc who are up to date with their community payments.

At what point are owners not up to date, (especially if the proposal 1 (fees to be paid in full February) is not upheld). Personally we pay by ddm but if someone pays into the bank and they are a week or two late it seems a little petty to stop their access to the pool.

 

Also, with proxy votes, are we allowed one or two per household? If we were actually at the meeting I believe we would have a vote each as joint owners.

Would certainly not recommend Acton Aircon. (David Acton)  Would suggest you avoid this one as we've had no end of problems and all sorts of excuses for the faults. Eventually contacted the manufacturer and they sorted things out for us. Not before we paid a fortune to Acton Aircon!
