Hi, we have an account with Bankia in Almeria. Orginally our Banacaja branch was in Vera following the merger our nearest branch was Almeria. We had to physcially present in the branch in Almeria with our documents in 2015. Can anyone advise how often this needs to be done, as we dont get out that often I do not want our account to be frozen and direct debits not paid.

Thanks all, I did manage to fill the new forms in last year, a friend of mine then brought them to our bank and the money was deducted from our account. But as I said this year our local branch is closing, and I am hoping to either be able to pay in any bank or to pay from Ireland, which I do think there was an option for. I will have to take an hour or two out of the next few days and get it sorted.

Hi all, can anyone advise if it is possible to pay non-residents tax through a foreign bank. We are based in Dublin. I thought I read instructions somewhere on how to do it, but of course now I can't find them now!! 

If not can I pay in any bank by leaving the bank section blank and just pay in cash, as our own local bank branch will be closed and moved to Almeria by the time we arrive at the end of the month!

 We can also reccommend Al Andalus Car hire from Almeria airport. Have used them for a number of years now with no problems.
