Hi,

I'm looking into setting up a business arranging cycling holidays in Spain. It would be a UK-based company, and initially we would work with local suppliers in Spain (for accommodation, bike hire, etc.), with a view to eventually having our own team on the ground and potentially our own accommodation.

My question is whether in the first instance, when we are simply packaging up the services of local Spanish suppliers for the UK market, we would need to register as a a provider of tourism services in the relevant region(s) of Spain? Or would we only need to do that when we intend to set up our own operations in Spain?

Any advice on this would be very gratefully received, thanks!
