Looking around general area.    It’s for future reference  When have sold in other part of spain wd like an area with More ex pats, bars etc.   Have done “real spain” for years so please no replies about English ghettos.  I know the pros and cons of both.    I am doing my research and just Fancy a change.   Have heard of  problems with gipsys in this area and having lived beside them do not want to do so again.  Talking from experience of gipsy families I have encountered.  I don’t want this to turn into a gipsy bashing/live and let live etc. Post.   Just some thoughts on areas from people who live here.  Thanks

problem.  Anyone else been in this situation.   Selling my sons village house  for 40000 euros.   Bought 12 years ago.  Had a local Lawyer do the work.  Got offer and estate agent now tells us Copia Simple states a much lower build than actually is there.    Old mid terrace house in village with no sign of any extension being built ever.  No land at all with it either.

Thank you Maria.   Think I will just attempt to sell land same as I bought it, without planning and see what happens.  Change of Circumstances mean won’t be building a house for myself.

Thank you Maria.   It’s rural land has ruins electricity and well water with olive almond figs etc.   About 3 acres.  10 minutes  outside town  there are a number of neighbouring houses and naves dotted around.   Like I mentioned cost around 9000 for architect, permissions etc.
