Hello , can anyone help ?
My partner moved from Spain to Northern Ireland and applied to change his driving licence .
However DVA here somehow didn't recieve his licence which is a lie , they are now telling us to get a certificate of entitlement from Spain to prove he had a full licence . Can anyone tell me where to apply for this without having to travel to Spain . He past his test in Ciudad Real . Thanks for any help .
