Its close enough to walk to the lively Fuenta Commercial Centre thats a 8 minuite or a 2 minute drive where there are many bars, restaurants, cafes shops, bank, Aldi and just up from there is a large Chinese Super Store/Supermarket together with live entertainment on most nights, yet its far enough away from the Apartment that you will not be disturbed once inside the Apartment. The beach is just a 7-minute drive away to Caboi Roig or another 5 minuites from there to La Zenia Beach.
This quiet location means when you want to sleep the only noises you will hear will be the air-con unit or the crickets soothing you to sleep. No more rowdy drinkers or noisy bars to disturb you as this apartment block sits in the middle of a beautiful golf course, so no matter if you play golf or not, this is a very sought-after location.
Breakfast on the large terrace/balcony is very private and looks directly into the south, it is quite the ideal suntrap to sunbathe in, or have a private barbecue.
