The two bedroom air-conditioned bungalow has got fibre optic internet access a TV with multi languages channels available, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, cosy living room and conservatory with a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, oven, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, kitchen towels and also includes washing machine, hairdryer, iron & board, bed linen, bath towels, sun loungers, garden table and chairs.
The property is based in the La Florida area of Orihuela Costa and has easy access to a wide range of amenities, including a two minute walk to the residents private swimming pool and tennis court and a three minute walk to some fine bars, restaurants and shopping centre.
Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre with it's fantastic array of designer shops, kids play area, restaurants and bars, and free entertainment during the day and evenings is approximately a twenty minute walk from the apartment (http://zeniaboulevard.es).
The local Playa Flamenca street market is held every Saturday, there are also several other weekly markets in the surrounding areas.
There are three superb championship golf courses just a short drive from the property, Villamartin, Club de Golf, Villamartin, Campoamor, Real Club de Golf Campoamor, La Finca de Golf, La Fina.
If you like beaches, there is a superb selection to choose from on the Orihuela coastline, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Playa Dehesa de Campoamor and La Mata beach, they consist of some of the best beaches in the Mediterranean.
La Florida/Playa Flamenca is a residental area, non-commercialised, but near all the required holiday facilities, i.e. Blue Flag Beaches,Championship Golf Courses, Tennis, Water Sports, Aqua Parks, Go Karting and Horse Riding.
The resort of Torrevieja is a ten minute drive away, the town has a long history, from the Roman pier at La Mata and wonderful churches, surrounded by the famous salt lagoons of Torrevieja and La Mata, designated as National Nature Parks ( over 250 different bird species have been sighted here), they export the salt worldwide.
Shopping in Torrevieja is great, with plenty of bargains from designer trainers in the sports shops to U.K. brands in the supermarkets. Eating out is a pleasure and a bargain from the Spanish seafood restaurants in Torrevieja to the English, German, Swedish, Chinese etc found on the various "urbanisations" around Torrevieja.
There is something of interest for everyone in Torrevieja.
