Two bedroomed Apartment with private roof top sun terrace and south facing front balcony. So ideal in winter months. There is English tv and wifi. Plus aircon in the bedroom and living area and ceiling fans.There is parking and is within easy walking or driving distance for a number of local beaches. The famous' Mar Menor' (or little sea) is about twenty minutes walk or 3 mins by car. This is a fantastic plce for swimming and watersports as there are no tides as it is a lagoon. The area is very flat so perfect for bikeing or walking. San Pedro is about a15 min walk, and the motorway 1 and half miles away. For non drivers there is a small bus station only 15 mins.walk. I have had my apartment for 20 years, bought off plan, I simply love San Pedro and the surrounding areas, beautiful cities to visit and great walks. I lived here for 3 years and I am yearning to retire out there soon!
