Description
This east facing townhouse is situated between the cabo roig strip and the Punta de la Glea along the Famous nature walkway path promenade of Cabo roig. It's on the second line of the sea front and within 150 meters to the gorgeous Cabo roig promenade, shops, restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacy, and a small medical center. Car is not necessary.
The holiday townhouse has a front private garden, private patio and two terraces on the 1st and 2nd floor. It's furnished with air condition in each room, fens, WiFi and TV. On the ground floor, is the living room with a sofabed (sleep1), open kitchen with access to the patio, air condition, and a large fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cafe machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen towels, and a bathroom with douche. Additional amentities include BBQ, washing machine, iron & board, bed linen, bath towels, sun loungers, garden table and chairs. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds with 2 mattresses since October 2023. A family bathroom with bath tube and shower, a terrace to the east. On the top floor, there is a spacious bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, it can access to a spacious roof terrace/ solarium from where you can view the beautiful Mediterranean sea. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes, fens and air conditioning for cooling and heating.
The urbanization is situated in a gated community. It has a shared swimming pool with shady and green relax areas and free parking area. The long term rental price is 750€/month from November to April. The long term rental price is 850€/month for the month of May, June, September and October. Utilities (water, electricity, internet, iptv) are to be paid monthly per bills. Long term rental requires minimal 2 months. Refundable damage deposit for long term rental is 1000€. The Final cleaning fee is 85€. Well behaved dog is allowed with 50€ extra final cleaning fee.

The holiday home is located in Orihuela Costa Blanca South (Alicante) and has more than 300 sunny days a year. Situated close to AP7 motorway and N332 national way making it easy access to Alicante airport (50km) and Murcia Covera airport (50km). The area offers many entertainments for all ages. There are stunning beach walks that stretch from Playa Flamenca to Cabo Roig. Torrevieja is only 10min drive with its water parks, beaches, Salt Lake and shoppings. The University Hospital of Torrevieja is less than 1.5 km where English is widely understood. Eliche is 30 km away with it's lovely safari park for kids. Also in the area are golf resorts within a few minutes drive, Go karts, roof top Mini Golf, bowling, casino and a few markets: Cabo Roig (Thursday), Torrevieja (Friday), Playa Flamenca (Saturday). The famous La Manga Club Resort is just 40 min drive. La Mata, Guardamar del Segura, Pilar de Campoamor, Horarada and many others, each of which has its own beaches and plenty of entertainment.
