My husband and I are thinking of buying holiday home in las rambles costa blanca and would like any information or advice anyone could give us about the area, and if the prices have come down alot we hope to get good value in the current climate.We spoke to one agent who said certain areas in las rambles are very dull and dreary with not much sun of course he had none for sale in those areas but plenty in other areas.What websites should we look at to buy direct from owners as i believe the agents charge alot on commission any help would be great.
