With regard to the guarantees for the units that have been fitted by Gary at Polar Air anyone that has Samsung or Panasonic units have no problem with the warranties as the warranty is with the supplier (wholesaler) and we can arrange for their technical engineer to go out should anyone have a problem.
Anyone with Fujitsu/General or Daitsu units the warranty is with the installer i.e. Gary at Polar Air. Should anyone have any problems with these units the supplier will look at them individually. It seems that they will cover the cost of the parts but not the installation of them, you may have to pay the labour charges to whichever company carries out the repair.
At the end of the day all of the above makes are good quality machines and problems after installation are very few.

Hi, we'll second that, we had our air con fitted by Gary. Steve, Mark and Caroline have been brilliant in helping us out with our ongoing problems, will definately use them in future.

Just want to express our thanks to Steve, Mark and Caroline at Apollo Air.
They have finally resolved the saga of our faulty lounge aircon.
We thought it was a lost cause when Polarair went awol, but have been very pleased that Steve and co stepped up to the plate, when they had no obligation to do so.
Every success for the futue.

Steve from Apollo air also went in and fixed a leaky air con unit of ours, again when they have no obligation to do so. This is what I would call good customer service and this is how companies get recommendations and repeat business. If Apollo air continue with this level of service can't see them failing.
