The community of owners  website has gone, anyone know what is happening ?

Can anyone advise regarding the LFO for Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf properties in Elviria?

I viewed a nice apartment there and am doing some due dilligence before I make an offer.  But information is very hard to come by for this development.  I now see that postings here seem to have been removed, which raises questions!  The only reference I can find on the net dates back to 2008, where problems were highlighted including no LFO.

Can anyone shed any light please?

We rent in Los Lagos. I think the LFO is in the pipeline....at the moment the community is having financial problems, however I think this will improve. Los Lagos is a very nice developement and would represent a good investment if you are buying at a 'good' price. Please feel free to contact me if I can offer any further help.

Wondered if you purchased, we have an ongoing court case with  a property we put a large deposit on in 2003 to date we are still trying to get our money back. We won the case in April 2012 to be informed very recently that the other party have no assets and have sold out property, perhaps you were buying ours!

Just. read your post as I do not visit this Forum often.

We paid a deposit for a property off plan back in 2002 and also went to court as it was not available to complete when required due to planning problems. Etc.

We won our court case and of course the developers appealed and have now a court date allocated for November...2014!!I 

Not hopeful but it has been a long haul to get to this stage.
