I have an IBI bill from 2011 that I used to pay the charges for 2010 but have not received a bill since we set the local taxes up for direct debit. Should we still receive a bill for local taxes regardless of DD set up? I need to calculate the govt tax for 2011but need the most recent valor catastral in order to do this. Did you manage to find out what the Valor Catastral is?

I have also paid the local taxes by direct debit and haven't received the usual invoice with my V.C on it.
