Hello and Happy New Year to you all,
I sent Elitsa an email to ask whether the existing A2Z router could be used and a list of TV channels they are providing, but received a response stating that I didn't need to do anything. Hoping someone currently at Condado can confirm whether they are using internet okay using their existing A2Z router, and any setup needed for the TV (e.g. rescanning DVB-C channels), and also a list of channels if possible.

There are still big problems here, many have been left with no internet or TV since they started switching over last monday.

Can I jump on the back of this thread. Arrived from the UK yesterday, switched on the TV and I have next to no british TV channels. Only two movies for men channels. Has the switch over of the Internet provider caused any issues or is there an action I need to take with the WISI decoder. January will be a very boring month if the TV is scuppered. Any help appreciated.

Yes I have tried auto scanning a few times and have now been down to the office and have reported the issue and they have e mailed the new TV / Internet provider. Unfortunately it's three kings day so no action yesterday or today. Thanks for the reply though.

Hi Can someone help with instructions how to re scan channels to received bbc, itv etc., we have an a2z digibox and have tried but not sure what we are doing.

I have the WISI box, but the principal must be the same. On my remote I press Menu, then maintenance and then select automatic search and it just runs through an auto search for any TV and Radio channels. If it requires a PIn then it's probably 0000. However, for me even this search didn't work so I am awaiting Elitesa, as I have been since the 5th January.

Hi, I am having the same issues with my digiboxes. I know that the signal and cable are working as I have a TV that adjusted itself fine. However on the old digiboxes I need to know the settings, can anybody help me with the new frequencies, QAM and symbol rates?

Thanks, have tried changing this but no joy. I think it is the symbol rate that has changed and that is what I need to know. It is somewhere between 0001 and 9999 so too many to try. Any ideas?, can you see what you rsymbol rate is set to?
