Pathway to golf club house

We've just returned from a nice break at Roda, we have an apartment on Phase 3.  We visited the club house for a meal one evening, but have noticed over the last year or so, the pathway and gardens are just abandoned.  Who is supposed to look after this area?  The golf course is lovely, and seems to be well used, but it's such a disappointment when you walk to the club house.  Especially when you visit other golf club houses in other areas nearby.  Can anything be done about this unloved area?!!

Not quite sure which pathway you are referring to if you mean the path from Car park to clubhouse along the golf course Short answer is probably NO.

Clubhouse and gym plus parking are still owned by the developer Roda Golf SL or more likely the banks.

Roda Golf have made it clear they have no interest in improving the Resort other than the go,f course which makes money.

They even closed down the other sports facilities as they said they could not afford to maintain them.

You coukd try pleading with someone in the Sales Office at the entrance but you are not likely to get much positive response.
