Just like to say Hello, and What a great website I'M looking to buy a property around Torrevieja/orhelia in the next couple of weeks and have found  loads of info and properties  here to look at. I now feel more confident in going forward. I find that Maria Jesus Zaragoza Perez who is based in San Miguel de Salinas is great with all clients,she speaks English and will tell you the honest truth about developers etc even me probably.

I dont like recommending solicitors to clients as some think the solicitor is working with me to get the sale ,however there are lots of solicitors out there you can always ring a few up.We used Maria when we bought as my wife was a solicitor in the UK and after meeting her my wife said she ticks all the right boxes for her.

Thanks Glyn.  have took note of the phone numbers.  Is San miguel de salanis the same place as the village San Miguel ?I have  several places to look at and am looking at a re-sale i have no interest in new developments at this time. and of course a bargain is what would be good   Regards Jack

Thank you for replying .If you are looking for a 2 bedroom apartent in the centre I have a few from €97000 to €145000 somewith solariums some with out ,1 with a garage .Lots to chose from
