I am involved with a Spanish Off Plan Construction in Jumilla Spain, which has gone pear shaped and I was introduced to it by Ambasun who had offices in Birmingham (UK) and Cabo Roig(Spain).
They seem to have disappeared from the Radar, if you know where they are based know, I would be very grateful if you would share the information.

If you ring the telephone number at the top of the page, the manager is a k..b head (his name is Mr Hurst). He has an attitude that stinks and he deserves to be in prison. He said the Town Hall in Spain have been keeping their post and they have changed their address on numberous occasions. You will not see any of your money if you have gone via Ambasun because they are as crooked as they come.

Their Head Office which was based in Birmingham has gone into liquidation (lasgt year) but you will be able to speak to a nice man who has taken over the offices on 01675 43781, the offices are now owned by Irwin Mitchell. Sorry to sound so bitter but Ambasun are crooks and do not deserve to be able to sell properties at all. My advice is dont go near them with a barge poll. I have posted this on EOS on a number of occasions but still people fall into their trap.

Thanks folks, we've been looking for these crooks for some time. Stole money from my credit card without my permission. Had my credit card details for initial deposit and when I returned to UK realised they had also taken extra €700 euros. Will be visiting them shortly...

I am afraid you are sadly all wasting you time as they went into liquidation this year.I worked for them for 3 years but left before they changed their name to Ambasun Ccsta Blanca,and sack all of their staff with no redundancy payment.They were Ambasun international in Spain.

This is not their most up to date address,but they are still on the Commercial La Ronda and a now called SPAIN PROPERTIES or something very close to that.They have changed their name but are still trading.Mr Hurst has been threatened many times but its mostly just all talk.All of Ambasuns assets were were taken away by La Guardia but they have been allowed to start a new business next door to the office under a different name.

We have been waiting over 3 years for a refund from Amba Sun, they took 6000 euros for a deposit, due to circumstances we could not complete. When we asked for the return of our deposit they had spent it!!.
We have received some money back, I have upto recently been contacting Mick Hurst on his Ambasun email, however recently the account was not recognised. Luckily I found his 'new address'
mhurst@spainpropertyshop.com the guy in overall charge is Carl ..., I do not know any more. If anyone has more RECENT info, address, telephone numbers etc I would be grateful.
Has anyone tried to take legal action against them?

A Brazilian invester is coordinating a group who also have been ripped off by Ambasun, he has managed to get the police interested in undertaking an investigation. It has been on going for several months now. I can tell you the investigation is active and is being undertaken by the MET.

To support that and widen the investigation to include the combined fraud perpetrated by the various officers and companies concerned with Bulgaria, Brazil, Spain and wherever else these folk have been operating you need to make a formal complaint. The details are below. So let's pull it together and lodge complaints as required. I have submitted mine this morning.
We need to contact Action Fraud to lodge our individual complaints to get a new investigation into Amba Sun Ltd, Amba Sun Invest Ltd, Amba Sun International and Vision Land Ltd instigated

If you know of any other forum this needs to be on, please copy it. It is important as many people as possible make a complaint so their will be an individual officer assigned to the case.

We have also been ripped of by Amba Sun Invest, bought 2 plots of land in Brazil and parted with 12,000, only to now find out company no longer exists. We have also been in contact with the Brazil invester who is trying to get as many people as possible to make a complaint, will be lodging ours this evening.

I used to work for Amber Windows which was ALSO run by Brendan Maxwell and his son Ben, the Ambasun office was in the same building. Alwasy thought it was a dodgy set up, I'm glad I got out of there when I did!

I was also ripped off by Ambasun both in Spain and Brazil over £30.000 I am a single mom who bought up 5 kids on my own I kook out a loan on my house to pay these crooks I tried to get my money as the property wasn't built the lawyer took the developer to court I won but he dissapeared I may never get a penny Ambasun just didn't care once they took my money as for mr Hurst I hope he rots in hell and he will as what goes around comes around. I have lost my dream but he has worst to come. The lawyers are just as bad they want me to pay more money to take the bank in Spain to court but I have no faith in these people and I cant afford to loose another penny.

for cold calling 4 million times in 2years Mr Maxwell and Mr Paul Bevan company
fined £50000. It all comes back to Birmingham and is there in clear sight. Log in

Actually, it was £29,000, I've just done what Geordie Jenny suggested and added my complaint to the Serious Fraud Office website in case there's enough people complaining and now I'll add it to Action Fraud as suggested by Richard above.

Thought I would pass on an update regarding the whereabouts of the directors and head honchos of the now defunct Ambasun who owe not inconsiderable sums of monies to many of their clients and staff. Carl Wilson,Michael Hurst and several of the Ambasun team set up a new business not far from Ambasuns
Old premises in Cabo Roig,and are now situated in the commercial centre in La Fuentes in Campoamor.They are trading as Spain Property Shop.S.L.
Carl Wilson is a named director together with a Spanish lady as co director. Presumably the old head honchos are now merely employees. Hope this helps...
