Can anyone please recommend a good lawyer around the Malaga areas? (Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola).

I need a good lawyer experienced in business transfer, buying, selling, leasing, renting of bars and clubs, who speaks good English and can get things done quickly and efficiently and economically.

I've been reading the other blogs but didn't see any recommendations for these areas and I know Maria comes highly recommended but she's out of the area but would consider using her if she could help.

Some idea of costs would also be much appreciated.

Hi Blintzy, you would've been better off putting this on one of the forum discussions but having seen it I thought I would reply and tell you that we have engaged a guy called Alex Radford of Irwin Mitchell who are in Malaga. We met Alex at the 'A Place in the Sun' exhibition at the NEC and he's very nice and very helpful. Their charges for buying a property are certainly very reasonable but naturally you may require them for something else but if you initially get in touch with Alex he can point you in the right direction.
