QUANTIS – ARE THEY RELIABLE?

I am going to try to contact Quantis once again, i have sent at least 7 emails that have had an automatic response but nothing else. I have tried telephoning various numbers including one given to me by the company who do the touting of English speaking ex-pats, who incidentally drop you once you have signed with Quantis and have received their commision. Back to the phone calls, it starts of with a a recorded message, I think it is in Spagalise and although I speak perfect English and certainly above average Spanish I have not yet understood the whole of the message and so I have held on(the norm is with all of these type of messages where you press different numbers for different services, for other services you do nothing but wait)which as been successful to a degree, except you get another message (in Spanish that basically says all operators are busy call back later or leave your details and they will contact you, Ha,Ha.
I will send this link to both Fortec & Quantis and ask for their comments.
