FINALLY - A NEW HOME

Well it's now been eight months since we set our goals for living in Spain and we've just got back from a two week house hunting trip. We actually found the home of our dreams and have put down a deposit. Now we wait for the solicitor to do his job and we go back in June to sign and pick up the keys.
The property is just outside Villar del Arzobispo in Valencia, a very tranquil and beautiful area within 45 mins of Valencia City, and we couldn't have found a better place for the small bag of money we have. Yes it needs a bit of tidying up and an upgraded solar power system but it's fully furnished and ready to move into.
If anyone is thinking of moving to Spain, they should look inland first. You will be amazed at the bargains to be grabbed.
