Sunday 12/10 morning
Sam posted "I'm ready to leave!"
Sam posted "After 3 hours by train, one hour walking and one hour by bus I finally arrived at Estella, the town where I'm going to start my walk tomorrow!!"
Monday 13/10
Sam posted "Arrived safe and sound to Torres del Rio. You won't believe it but I'm in front of a fountain that gives wine for the people walking the "Camino"!!!

Tuesday 14/10
Sam posted 9pm "Hello my friends, I have a little bit of bad news but still need to see what happens tomorrow. Today as I was only 2 km from Logroño which was the end of today's stage I had a sharp pain in my hip.
I finally arrived to the hostel but I was in a lot of pain so I went straight to the emergency service. The doctor gave me an injection of pain killer and she told me to rest for a couple of days WHAT???? I'm walking for the dogs!!!!
I'm feeling better now but not sure about what's going to happen next. I'm going to continue tomorrow that's for sure so please keep me in your thoughts and send positivity I need it. Thank you for your support. xxxx
Wednesday 15/10
Sam posted 9am "I have just been with a lady who is a physiotherapist and is also walking the camino. She has been giving me massages for about 20 minutes and I'm feeling better now. I'm going to start today's stage and see if it works. THANK YOU for all your kind words and support."
