Meet Marisol, Marylou, Telma & Sofia, the newbies at Galgos del Sol

Marisol.
Zoe, a volunteer, finally caught Marisol in the early hours of the morning a few days back? She'd been trying to gain the dog's trust to get close enough for a month. Well it's not great news. Marisol has a possible tumour in her leg and must undergo a bone biopsy this week, alongside Sofia having an operation on her hip. We al
so now have Valiente, Mia and Ted on Glucantamine injections for their Leishmania so it's an expensive time here at GdS and we thank you again for all your donations and support. We have an online auction coming up which will pay for the above.
Marylou
Telma & Louise, over in Spain from GRIN in the USA (Galgo Rescue International Network), went to collect Marylou from a hunter.
Telma
New arrival Telma was picked up on Saturday. Unbelievably, she had just turned up at Gds' car....
Sofia
Poor Sofia, its not great news. GdS took her from a hunter and she had a temperature, broken hip and broken leg. The injury had started knitting itself back together so we had to wait to see if she would start supporting the leg but she isn't. We will have to operate now.
