I would suggest a store in Torrevieja - called Torregrosa home. It's on Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas (the old Alicante road) where it joins Avda. Rosa Mazon Valero.
They all speak English, and they're with you for the length of the guarantee (anything from 1 to 4 years). They also deliver and install. They will deliver to the Balsicas area, but will probably levy a small charge, however, installation is included.
The Spanish make, Bru, is pretty decent - I've had my washing machine and f/f 5 years and no problems.
