Hi, Does this include the Costs Del Sol?

IS THIS REALLY APPROPRIATE?
While Spain is orchestrating a savage and brutal campaign against elderly British expatriates, plundering their homes and extorting as much as they can, to the point where many have already fled, abandoning all.
Much more appropriate would be a message, to stay away from Spain and advocate sanctions.
Support the victims of the 300,000, so called illegal homes in Andalucia alone, a possible 1000,000 being persecuted by the savage Andalucian authorities.

At the moment it's just Costa Blanca and Valencia region but I know they are looking to expand it as it has been very popular.

Dunn's comments are a bit harsh! We don't see any campaign against us in our area.
However, there are no discounts to be had around our area, so we'll wait until you can offer more in the Formentera/Rojales/Guardamar area.

sounds great Justin, let's hope they move further south with this. Dunn is very harsh and I do feel so very sorry for all those who have been let down and lost money,how3ever I am sure there is another side of the coin with many satisfied clients, hey we haven't got a habitacion licence so selling is out of the question, but as I don't want to sell, I can wait until the beaurocrats grant us one, hopefully.

CENSORSHIP BY "eye on Spain"
Does "eye on Spain" retain any credibility?
I suggest if eye on Spain cannot handle the realities of Spain,
they are in the wrong business and should most certainly refrain from dubious advice by Spanish lawyers.
Or are you just protecting your revenue from property advertising?

Dunn - As they say that "getting old is inevitable, growing up optional" I suspect you are in the latter category. I have several friends living in what you say are "so called" illegal houses i.e. no habitation license - most knew they were doing it when they bought and took the risk. Censorship and beaurocrats? We did our homework before we came to Spain and knew what to expect - I suspect you forgot to do that part!
If you want to rant on about things like this go to a more appropriate topic - and grow up!
I have not posted on the EOS blog before - I usually just read and enjoy but this incensed me so much that I was compelled to put my fingers on keyboard

dunn, there is a place for everything and trashing my blog with your comments isn't helping anyone.

There are plenty of threads on the forums you could join to vent your anger.

I get really fed up with people accusing me of stuff all of the time. This is my blog and if you don't like it don't read it. I have helped thousands of people in difficult situations over the years and continue to do so.

My blog, especially posts like this one, are not the place for you to leave your unrelated angry comments. There is a place for everything on the site.

Please respect my blog and the huge amount of effort I have put into Eye on Spain.

Re: mo anthony, with no " habitacion licence"
Re: pommette, who is smarter then all the suggested 300,000 stupid home owners, subject to proceedings against their homes.
Thank you both for getting your heads out of the sand, for may be just long enough to get a glimps of the real Spain.
My compassion and support goes to those who purchased in good faith, unlike mo anthony, those with all legal documentation.
These documents reverted retrospectively, through political wranglings, resulting in many elderly expats. being ruined and worse.
Thank you Justin, for providing a platform for me to air what is arguably the most imprtant and serious subject amongst the expatriate communities and those considering the risky business of purchasing in Spain.

I have every sympathy for Dunn's comments. I have posted on many occasions that it is time for Brussels to take firm action on this matter. Having said that I don't see how a blog comment on a discount card would provoke such an outburst

If I got the attention of the "I´m alright" brigade and managed to attract a few buried heads out of the sand, then it served a purpose.
If ranting and raving does not work then we need to try something else to draw attention to the serious topic of human rights abuse by Spain against European citizens.
