OVP claims

You may well be aware that numerous people who lost money to Ocean View Properties are pursing negligence claims against Conveyancing UK Solicitors. Although the majority of buyers used the services of Conveyancing UK Solicitors, others used the services of different firms. The best claims relate to the Estepona development.

The insurers for Conveyancing UK Solicitors have not yet confirmed whether they will insure this firm but it would appear that there are no such issues with regard to claims against the other firms.

Of course the costs of litigation are often prohibited but I do have 10 clients who used the services of 2 other firms and I am currently trying to put together advantageous funding.

The idea is that we will obtain a third party organisation to pay for the litigation.
