Life at the Mar Menor Lets Office

Well I thought that once we settled into the office life would become a little quieter, how wrong could I be!!  Every day I start with a list of jobs to do and then the office door opens and people come in well that is what they are supposed to do. The result is that at the end of the day as the office shuts my list of jobs to do is longer and not shorter.  Life would be a little easier if we had a few more properties for long term rent in the Los Alcazares area around the Mercadona Square area as we have more enquiries than we have properties.  Well at least Friday is a RED day so we cant open the office because Mercadona is shut.

The trend these days seems to be people renting and trying an area before buying and we are certainly busy with showing people around who want to rent a property on a long term basis. We have loads of  two bed properties but could do with 3 bedroom and 1 bedroom properties in the Los Alcazares area for long term rent.  We are enjoying working in the office and meeting all the different people from all countries and speaking a variety of languages. Each day is very different and there is never a dull moment.

I cant believe we have been in the office for a whole month now, and if I have been asked once in the last week I  have been asked ten times "do you have any 3 bed properties for rent in the Loz Alcazares area?"  Unfortunately I have only one property and this seems not to be on the right side of the road.

We have had many people in the office over the last couple of weeks or many nationalities, German, Spanish, British, Hungarian and more so there is never a dull moment.
