Tuesday, July 30, 2013 @ 8:02 PM

After living in Andalusia for almost 10 years I´ve experienced lots of heatwaves and long hot Summers

I thought it was topical, particularly after the recent high temperatures in the UK too prepare a list of tips to beat the heat. Some of these tips may seem like common sense but they can make a big difference on a hot day.

Are there any tips that you have that I´ve missed?

Keep cool and enjoy your Summer!

There is also a spray that you can buy but I have not seen it in any shops in Spain! What a pity.

The Avene mineral water spray in the photo above was bought in a Pharmacy in Spain. Also the corte ingles have this in the parafarmacia area.
