Millionaire lifestyle in Spain..that's 25 pounds please
Wednesday, August 20, 2008 @ 11:45 AM

Not one to be deterred by the credit crunch, self-made millionaire, Wayne Connell, is putting up his villa and business in Spain for sale for 25 pounds.

Well not quite.  He's actually raffling off his Spanish lifestyle by selling 200,000 tickets priced at 25 pounds each.

This includes his 8-bedrooom villa with pool, jacuzzi and gym, his 35K Harley Davidson motorbike and his "ranch" business.

Fancy a gamble?

Visit his website for more information.

Just seen this on his website..

Closing the Competition
The Promoters will be entitled to retain 35% of the Entry Fees to cover administration and marketing expenditure. The remaining balance following deduction of the 35% is “the Prize Fund” (money taken to date when the maximum number of entries are not recieved, i.e. less than 200,000). The Prize Fund will then be distributed to the winning Entrant.

Nice that he'll be quids in then !!!

Sorry, I really MEANT to put post this in its entirety.

Just seen this on his website..
----------------------------------------

Closing the Competition

43: If the Maximum Number of Entries to the Competition is not equal to the number of entries received as at the closing date, the Competition will close and the proceeds of the Competition will be determined using the formula “number of tickets sold x ticket price” (“the Entry Fees”);

44: The Winner of the Competition will then be determined in accordance with the method described in clause 35 above;

45: The Promoters will be entitled to retain 35% of the Entry Fees to cover administration and marketing expenditure. The remaining balance following deduction of the 35% is “the Prize Fund” (money taken to date when the maximum number of entries are not recieved, i.e. less than 200,000). The Prize Fund will then be distributed to the winning Entrant;

Looking at the millionaire's homepage seemed rather irrelevant.

Nothing in life comes at such relative bargains.
Nothing is for free.

All I was asking myself when reading above article is how much debts does the millionaire have.

Aren't we all mislead by what we see like villas and Harley Davidsons?
