Thanks Annie. I will try and make myself take them. I should be taking iron and vits but keep lapsing and then wonder why I'm so tired... thanks for the info.

Hi Eggcup,

I am sorry I have not replied but I have been on holiday.

Bit of advise . . . if you take Iron tablets you must take them as part of the B vitamin Group.
Iron is a very good friend of the B vitamins and together they will help you feel better.
Vitamin B is a water soluble vitamins and if you feel tired you make actually be lacking in vitamin B.
