Hey all Spa Valley owners,

We set off in trepidation for yet another trip to Spa Valley and although it rained  solidly the whole time and I do mean rained as only it can in Spain, we had a very good trip.

Hired a car at the airport ( and I stongly suggest we ask Oasis to try get us a discount as owners who travel over on a regular basis ) the journey in was fine and certainly easier than we had anticipated!!

The thunder storms and lightening were quite the spectical to see but we enjoyed it while sitting on our veranda having a drink ( someone has got to do it)

The town of Archena was as lovely as always , food really good and people as friendly and patient with our dubiuos Spanish lingo, still we are learning and they are only too happy to teach us,

Had our boiler changed which took about an hour and althogh slightly damaged the ceiling we are assured this will all be fixed.

Also met a coulple of our neighbours at long last hi to gfisk,sharon and fernando

Took a drive around the Ricote Valley and if ever you needed reminding of what the appeal of the area is its right there on our doorstep truely breathtaking even in the rain.

We are looking forward to our next visit, finally felt like a holiday!
