Sporty Sam - DISCONTINUED

I love most sports, but particularly rugby union, rugby league, football, cricket, tennis, athletics, boxing, golf, jai alai, Formula 1 and The Olympic Games. I hate American football and wrestling and will not watch it. This blog is about the sports I like.

A puréed and simmering carrot soup in a pot with a spoonIt is with a heavy heart that I have decided to shut down this blog.

I am a huge fan of most sports, and enjoy writing about them, but I need to de-clutter my life (doctor's orders), so this will be my farewell post.

Because sport is of the moment, the pressure to keep on top of the main sports stories is immense. Whilst I am pleased with the number of hits I have achieved over the last three years - 18 articles posted, of which 11 got more than 1000 clicks.

Not bad, but, I'm afraid I'm off.

I shall concentrate on my blogs which have a longer shelf life.

Adios, Sporty Sam!
