We have bought a villa on this development which is due to be completed in April 2007. I noticed that prices for this development have not increased now the new phase is available off-plan. The lastest pictures on this web-site show that the development is likely to be specatular and so, like everyone else, we assume that when it is completed and landscaped and the builders have gone our investment will have gone up by a reasonable amount. There seems to be conflicting reports on the web and in magazines about the property market in in-land Murcia. I read in one mag this month that they had dropped 3 per cent while another web-site said gains of 25 per cent can be expected in this boom area, especially when the new airport opens. What do you think?
