I fully agree with you. i posted a message to this effect this afternoon but it seems to have disappeared.
If access is only obtainable through the penthouse apartments and we are depending on the goodwill of the apartment owner what happens if there is no goodwill? Also, it would be in the interst of the penthouse apartment owner to deny access as the less air con units there is up there, the less noise there will be from them. What would happen if the penhouse owner is in the UK or Germany for example and there is no keyholder? You would have to wait months in the hope that when they return they grant you access.
This air conditioning situation needs to be sorted out before completion. I still feel that we should have had our own A/C units on our own terrace. If they are situated in the penhouse apartment area it would need to be in the community rules and regs that all apartment owners are allowed reasonable access to their A/C unit for installation and maintenance.
I feel we should contact Rudina collectively for an answer to our query but i am uncertain how to do this. We should all have an answer before we complete otherwise the community spirit will evaporate before it even begins.
