Hi, I'm just so glad we managed to retrieve our deposit before the market collapsed.  Does Grupo Alzo(spelling) have the money to offer refunds now?  Also Darth, I guess you have checked your contract to find out under what circumstances you can request a refund of your deposit?

I have been watching the Corvera thread (nearly bought there too!)  and buyers there are being really proactive.  The Lorca thread has never had many visitors.  I wonder how many units had actually been sold?

Finally, don't let me start on MRI - money grabbing Bs...with absolutely no morals!

Darth, Can you let me know how you get on with trying to get your money back?  Would be interested to know how much success you have.

Drove past the site this week, couldn't believe that building work has started on phase 1! The concrete structures are up but that is it at the moment, I can't understand how they have been allowed to build houses without first putting in the golf course, albiet 1 hole at a time per phase!!! I still wouldn'tbuy anything over here without it being complete and having an occupation licence, for anybody interested in what is happening at a resort quite near look at the Calas Del Pinar forum, you might learn a trade trick or two!

Anybody had any joy getting their money back recently?

We;ve been told, that now the building work has started, that we have no chance of getting our money back.

We are hoping to go over at the end of May for a few days, so we will be calling in on Cornelius.
