Are there any other EOS members that have bought on this complex? Most of the "talk" seems to be going on in the Thalassa forum, it would be nice for some specifics for our urb.

Me too .

I don't think we qualify as an off plan development any more Ken. I am somewhat surprised though that no- one from the complex ever looked at EOS.
