Recommended Hotels from Malaga to Bilbao

Has anyone experienced a terrible smell at CSG?  I have a tenant who is complaing about it and have heard it mentioned through a couple of other channels.  When my family went to visit a couple of months ago they didn't smell anything themselves so I am trying to find out whether this is a new issue, or an old issue that we weren't informed about.  My tenants are asking to break their lease because of the smell (apparently it occurs early morning and evening).


I'd also like to discuss how this issue can be resolved because I would imagine it would affect all apartments and is obviously not a good selling/renting point.

the smell has been there since we took possesion in early sept. last year we feel it  is connected to the sprinkler system
as it occours when they are in use . perhaps it is stagnant water being used there is no chance we could sit out when it occurs
